My life took a turn when I delved into sales, becoming the top producer within two years. Meanwhile, I pursued wholesaling part-time. In July 2020, after two years of relentless effort, I secured my first deal. Empowered by this success, I quit my job to focus entirely on my real estate venture.
Since then, I’ve closed over 60 land deals across various markets, achieving six figures in my starting year.
